Yes. I am. I don’t quite understand why they are not allowing shareholders to take up any shortfall. That would have been far smarter than potentially another CR IMO. I would be more than happy to take more @2.5c. I would guess that TIO would too although some shareholders might not like it. Mostly entitlements are not taken up by 100% of shareholders so it seems pretty dumb to me to expect the full amount to be raised. Surely the shortfall could also be open to shareholders as a priority then other investors.
