How will this effect the agreement Syg has in place?

Is this new product line covered by the exclusive rights for the A/P region? Is the product they now have rights to End of Life?

You might have thought if Syg were to be selling this product they would have held of the Shareholder Presentation to deliver this new product to it's high worth customers...

I'd hate to think all the work they have put in would now be for nothing as all those companies close to signing up will need to trial the new software?
