outside the box

Guys,just thinking outside the box here,what would make a 1cent rights issue attractive when the price of rch is about 1cent,as the zman has indicated he wouldnt be interested at 1cent and either would I and either would anybody else so to make this attractive the sp is going to have to be 3 cents plus to make you want to take it up,just my thoughts guys.
