Does anyone wonder how this is going ?

I would imagine COVID-19 has stalled negotiations to a degree but then again some companies like to take advantage of depressed economic climates ?

We aren't desperate so low ball offers would be thrown to the curb IMO but in saying that Management must be a little bored with the slowdown so perhaps they should take this time to focus on getting this done this time around ? (I mean better than playing Solitaire all day while getting paid a fortune.... hehe)

Final due diligence "generally" only takes approximately 60 days so maybe that is why the shorts are quietly unwinding their positions ?
