media beat up..housing prices will continue to fall..no question but now with the added bonus of new owner occupier people who take up govt offers will be ouit on their ear in 3-5 years beacuse they simply wont be able to afford to make payments...........
ie: by the time they take up their loan after building, rates will be at almost rock bottom again..............only one way up then, henec they will struggle to pay their instalments many of them..
next big housing boom not until 2014 start time....plenty of time to keep sliding!
