    This stock has been downtrodden way too far. If you look at other stocks in March there are some similarities. Most have been sold down - some massively and are slowly recovering. Does one then extrapolate that all other stocks in their slow recovery are heading for a CR? Surely not. Though some like SXL did an institutional CR at the worst possible time with massive dilution.

    Guess we'll know soon enough.
