'The Company has announced its intention to undertake a rights issue during the March quarter and documentation is in the process of being prepared. In addition, on 13 December 2019, the Company announced that it had signed a non‐binding indicative term sheet for a loan of up to $1.5 million to fund the resumption of operations, potential future expansion and exploration at the Granville project, and the Company is awaiting finalisation of the documentation by the Investor. Subject to the outcomes of these two funding initiatives, forecast expenditure could increase. In the interim, the Company continues to have support from its largest shareholder, DGR Global, through a letter of funding support (as previously announced), albeit it remains largely undrawn. The Company’s Board and executive management continue to have their fees and remuneration accrued'.
