Don't think they will because we are different to the rest of the world and you think we have a shortage of houses, try telling that to the Japs who went through what we've recently gone through and have had house prices go down 40% over the last Decade in a country with a population with 150mil in the size of Victoria. Think we're different, try telling that to the Poms who house prices are falling about 2% every month, think we're different to them do you???
