yeah. Presumed innocent until proven guilty. The not guilty verdict means he might be innocent or might be guilty. They can't prove guilt so he walks free. The civil cases ala OJ Simpson can bring about different results. I read somewhere that in civil cases though there can be a declaration of innocence.
