Spaniard I still believe that Stock Markets generally were overvalued and are still overvalued. Before the virus pricking the massive debt and Stockmarket bubble the property market bubble was really slowing as real estate agents were around looking for business ..buying was slowing.. China was limiting money leaving China.
The virus pricking the bubble will only speed up the down turn... now I do believe in Dubber and I do believe we will get the W ie the double bottom.., but many will be sucked back into the market like they always are in a Bear market in many shares .., Bear market is well named as the Bear gradually comes down ,gradually crushing the life out of its victims .., There is every chance no matter how much stimulus is applied that a credit contraction is now under way and it would have happened anyway.
But looking through the future it's still very bright EVENTUALLY for dubber... but don't get too excited yet .. markets have another leg down based on a realisation of the upcoming economic reality and sharply falling earnings .The continued rolling over of debt by most companies which is now turning into a forced reduction of debt ..is a reversal of a 14 years feast on debt by companies and individuals world wide...low interest rates is no guarantee that money will be made with cheap debt!!!
A massive world credit contraction is I believe inevitable...and now underway... second leg down after a 50% rebound in markets?
