    I've emailed the ASIC general enquiries and got a response in 2 hours. I'd recommend you do the same if you've not already done so. You're quite right, it's their role to police the matter and they need the shareholders to assist.

    Also, how'd you go with your research about the court case? 9 days and still no correspondance from the company.
