Hasn't Alto been selling?
I thought 28,500,000 collateral shares issued initially, 26,975,464 collateral top up.
As of 18 March only hold 36,852,539.
So they've binned 18,622,925. But, since they got collateral on 27/09/2019, 474,596,867 shares have been traded. So, pretty insignificant.
I just discovered how to work that out in google sheets. The googlefinance function is pretty cool.
