The $600m is before costs and funds from retail SPP. What will the likely cost of the raising be and will the SPP basically pay for the raising?
When the institutions can start trading their ~79m new shares on monday 20 april. How many of them will sell for a quick buck.
My mind now turns to whether I should invest $30k into this company, given I still believe they got greedy at the wrong end of the cycle. I guess if they did not get greedy, I would not have been presented with this opportunity.
What is the earning projections over the next 2 years? Is $7.60 fair value. Or is there further systematic risk and earnings risk to come.
