Whilst cutting supply may have little impact on oil prices the demand will come, in time. The argument "What about storage capacity becoming full?" This may keep oil prices suppressed in the short - medium term.
However, if there is one thing I have learnt, investor sentiment will have a large say in WPL's stock price moving forward. Things are looking slightly better globally than they were, just a wiff off society going back to normal and demand increasing will be enough to send WPL higher IMO.
