The economic damage is very different to the virus spread. Yes daily cases might be plateauing, but how long until people are back to work is the question - if everyone heads back out into public then the spread rate increases again, so isolation realistically could continue for a while yet.
There were huge amounts of businesses already on the brink of collapse before the virus came about - all of them are most likely going or gone under and many more will be bleed out slowly as their debt consumes them and their operational costs rise. It will take more than six months to to see the real economic impact of the virus, and decades to pay down the debt.
