Futuris chief's $500,000 reward to raise shareholders' hackles
Shareholders will be asked to vote on the directors' remuneration for 2007-08 in a vote which is nonbinding. Some market watchers alleged that Wozniczka may not deserve the "golden handshake" because the group's share price has fallen steeply for some time.
Give Les "nothing" as he has deliverd nothing to shareholders in facted he has "lost" our funds. I say sell his assets to recover shareholders funds.
"Reward him you got to be joking" he almost screewed the company.
This is the New world of listed companys there shareholders can communicate on the "internet" and make directors acountable.
He made his bed let him lie in it.
