heres an easyier less complicated way of looking at it all.
you buy on monday (anytime). you sell on monday or tuesday.
in this scenarios, and only these scenarios you dont have to have the exact funds in your account.
regardless of t3 and what ever confusion thing you want to look at, if you purchase on monday and sell on wednesday you will need money in your account or you will be given an overlimit fee and another fee,(i think its about $50 all up)
the fee can be worth it as it may pay off, but after a while of getting the fee day over day for same holding you may get your shares taken from you
