guys, the US credit bubble has very long tentacles. A year ago i was making whoopee with all my profits....bought a new 4wd and a caravan...did a bit of travel.
now we have pulled our horns right in....no more luxury purchases for now.....just happy to be alive financially and not having to get a real job.....I see Raks on the CVI thread this morning is cancelling an os trip for similar reasons.
.....and the effects are yet to fully flow on to people with real jobs as unemploymeny rises. Already i hear there are some staff reductions in the mining setor....those guys had big pay packets last year.
you see in the end it will not be just chinese exports to the US that are effected....it will flow on everywhere.
