Non union workforce is imported from overseas to do agricultural work for 2 reasons 1) to help pacific island nations as a form of aid 2) Australians won't do the work.
EBA are archaic & should be scrapped, they contribute to mediocrity.
No one who works less than 40 hours a week should get weekend penalty rates, again archaic. Why should someone who works Sat & Sun get paid a different amount from someone who works Mon & Tues? Weekends aren't special anymore, it's not as if people are giving up going to church.
