It's 3am and I've woken up (pun not intended but could be taken) bright eyed and bushy tailed.

We need an Australian director (as someone pointed out), and we need a woman on the board but one who may have or could develop an interest in wastewater systems.

As @Switbiskit says "The issue is women not being interested in wastewater treatment in the first place." All the girls I know think a mixed liquor is a daiquiri or even a harvey wallbanger if they're my age.

There is one powerhouse candidate who jumps out at me, and who would actually command respect and make a positive difference if she could be brought to the table.

That woman: Gina Reinhardt.

It's not beyond the realms of possibilities!
