I have been on the market for a decade, on a speculative side, one thing I know for sure is, in a difficult period, if the company can survive the shock (including not raise equity on the low end), it usually means it will thrive in big-time one way or another ... because it proves it has supportive and confident shareholder list, it has equity motivated board, and it has long term view fundie on the register.

I have a good gut feeling about MSG, whether eventually it is still a security guard company or not is another thing imo.
