No one knows at this stage they MAY have done something different they MAY agree in entirety.
Labor is risking Australia economy by not advising the business community of what may be coming or even happening right now.
The business community needs to be aware so it can adjust for what MAY occur. Labor is simply destroying the economy by not telling them and allowing them to set course to navigate thru it.
