A meritocracy of course. Not the game of mates and money we have now.

Meritocratic but compassionate to generate the social capital and happiness that comes with it. That's what generates the greatest national income and wealth. Like a footy team, you can have a few good players but only the team can win the trophy. It's not rocket science, though we're a bit slow to learn in Oz these days.

Do what works in the wealthier happier nations and what worked here so well. We get a lot of things right though but we've been led by governments intent on winding back our achievements for ideology and/or the benefit of a few.
