Expected super balance between 30-40yrs old

Hi,

I have been trying to find a realistic expected balance for superannuation for someone between the ages of 30-40yrs old. Im currently 32. and mainly worked FIFO in the oil and gas industry.

Just want to see if I'm the right track.
