1. Are u suggesting that the POZ story may have originated big sells from key holders to get rid of stock (to pay law/court fees fro exple). Consequently UMC sp would have suffered.

2. Also why woudl anyone buy Railway by itself or even consider taking over UMC atm
My reasons:

----> if u know a big depo has been found, and u r interested in "taking" it cause u r in the IO GAME, would u buy it bit by bit: today railway tomorrow maybe JJ, then maybe Yandi etc...or knowing the main targets are being drilled as we speak (am sure some holes have been completed already but...), wouldn't u wait and if you like the results then u negotiate for the whole lot?

On a strategical/logical point of view it would make more sense!!!!....

So the 3$ per share for Railway etc... is not viable atm.
Further if that happens, i'd say Railway would be the only interesting depo UMC have
