I have dealt with Margi, Sools.. She is fantastic and so is Sportsmed but when we last spoke she apologised profusely and said they just can't keep up as there is such an enormous demand for the product. She said she would let me know when my turn comes but it could be a long wait. We have to realise that this isn't a mass produced product yet, and this is definitely the reason for the long wait times. Hopefully it will get better soon
