Hi, I asked this question on another thread, but no reply as yet.

I have come CER so would like to see it recover. Cautious about buying too mucy however due to some nagging concerns.

Really hope it recovers and becomes a shining star, but markets are not listening to hope at the moment.

Do you think there is a danger with the next refinance date? Especially if US lenders involved, could they pull the pin on CER because they have bigger problems?

Eventhough NTA is probably above current share price, does that provide any guarantee? Could a takeover occur at any price? Scenario - banks start to threaten CER - off our books, sick of the bad publicity - a willing buyer offers to buy (8cps? 7cps?) to rid banks of the problem - banks happy with it, CER no choice?

Any thoughts on it would be great.
