Judging by a couple of posts some holders may be reading this as the worst of the write downs. My reading is that this is the first instalment (largely unrelated to COVID-19) with a major provision to come and then possibly subsequent provisions and/or impairments depending upon how long this lasts.
It'll be brave souls who buy this morning but they may be rewarded. No sentiment from me because too many unknowns at this point. If it gets hit hard I might be tempted but given some people seem to want to buy on bad news so it might even go up today but I won't be buying at this price.
