I have read many posts on this thread and although I don't post often, I am after other peoples thoughts who maybe closer to the action who maybe able to shed some light on the situation. I rang the realestate agent today, who is looking after my property in Perth(Mindarie) and how the market was going over there in terms of rental prices which they informed have stabilised. In terms of sales they said that they had some in house auctions and none of them sold(not sure what areas the properties were being sold in but the realestate is in Hillarys) and the bids were well below the asking price. I was also told that the contracts for the miners were not being renewed,so things must be slowing down over there.
