COE traded in the mid 20's for ages a few years back.
At the time a lot of posters complained that COE should do something more high risk/high reward given their cash pile back then.
Well they did, found nothing so far, and the sp is back to mid 20's.
Excellent trading opportunities along the way though.

I wouldnt hold out too many hopes for the reported cashpile in the next quarterly to rerate the sp.
Its all too messy atm with the IPM bid and so much of the cash is earmarked for potential aquisition and upcoming expltn.
