I agree Carlyle obviously want out altogether. They have played every card in the deck - so much so that I would question why they signed the SIA in the first place and how diligent their process was before making the offer. Bit ambit coming up with stuff before the SIA was signed as far back as March 2019. Did they not look at all? Keith John is obviously not in their court after signing an announcement which roundly accuses Carlyle of taking advantage of the current economic situation and playing the Covid 19 card. So this is going to be a protracted costly situation for both parties and any remaining investors. I am out.
