In summary because if csw is nakamoto as he claims then he should have access to the nakamoto wallet .The court does not care if this strengthens the arguement for him to be nakamoto or in the case that he cant access it weakens it .The court does care if he has access to that wallet and if it was mined by him and kleiman. So although by default and a secondary issue of non importance to the court if csw does have access to the wallet it is an arguement for him being nakamoto.
