You are right. I realized later but was too late to correct, and thought someone like yourself would pick it up. Thanks. In my earlier days I had read that 225 was HMA, but in fact, they are a composite.
" Amiloride is a composite of two drugs, 5-(N,N-hexamethylene) amiloride and a novel inhibitor, BIT225, targeting HCV p7 and HIV-1 Vpu, which can together block the viroporin ion channel activity or prevent ion channel formation, resulting in a potent antiviral effect."
