I am both happy and disappointed. Happy with the M & A activity, but why weren't "ordinary" shareholders (owners) given the opportunity through a SPP or entitlement issue to subscribe at this discounted price. All of a sudden, the employees, founders & directors are different (read superior) to the rest of us. We were included eleven months ago, but not now. Why?
