Just wondering if you can elaborate on your comments.
First of all who are 'they'?
From what I hear Argentina is quite mining friendly I thought the reason to delay further work was purely economic.
Why is Java any more riskier then anywhere else offshore. If the Indonesians try and do a Russia or similar people will start to pull up stumps and leave. Or do you mean something else.
It's no good making such generalsed comments without specifics and examples to shore up your points.
