Signature, that is a great post.

At last someone has a grip on the situation.

I will add one more - and it is breaking a big confidence, because I think it is critical to address exactly WHY people are so distraught now....and why people like 123, bluesdog and myself are keen to reach a result for OTHER shareholders. (Below email is NOT from a HC poster)
Bluey has stated he sold a while back - and sungars attack on him is nothing but distasteful, to say the least.
123 has gone through the same thing - and at the end of the day, all they want to do is 'keep the bastards honest'...(thank you Don Chipp for an eternally lasting Aussie saying)

    Hypothetically:
    Without prejudice.
Do you think the courts would be more likely to award compensation or damages to say an elderly couple on an age pension who had left their whole life savings in Cityview because of comforting emails from Smyth?

Now Smyth knows the position these people are in.....and this is merely one of many emails seeking reassurance.

IS there any chance of this stock recovering – or not Mark.

    Please help me – please!

    Absolutely . CityView will recover

There is a banking collapse going on world-wide : this wont last as Asia and the Middle East are growing strongly .

The world still needs commodities and CityView's Angolan assets will be in demand

    Regards

    Mark Smyth

This email should fill posters eyes with tears - though through it all, I really believe Mark thinks he CAN make it work.

Surely there is a limit as to which he would send reassuring emails if he didn't believe the story himself?

This is the sort of thing that keeps me going - and the reason we want to see HONEST reporting from the company and some ACTION to get projects moving.
