Hello Ben, You have posed a number of issues / questions regarding the LAW business model. I am always open to learning more from those closer to a business or industry. Some of the points you raised such as about jurisdictions (Australia) for one are important to the business.
The CEO Diane Jones comes from having been a key person at IMF Benton a few years ago. I think given the IMF case load in Australia and several other countries when she was there would give her some insights into the issues which arise in litigation funding and specifically the medical / legal costs to be financed by LAW.
It would be interesting and helpful to hear your thoughts about the issues you have raise. I, for one would like to understand more. I already have a modest investment in LAW and would like to increase this if the prospects ‘stack up’. Thanks K
