I do understand, not so hard to figure out the business model.
The point is that without the product itself to be sold, you will have no data to diagnosed nor cloud.
So it does not matter who is your end customer, an insurance company or an India family from Goa - you need the product the be sold.
The profit on the plastic itself is not the core business but the data, cloud, call centre the user will need after that.
As far as I understand, if no one will purchase Prizma or Patch... the above is not relevant. You will be just a call center company.
