    took advantage? how do you come to that conclusion?


    wow I got another $7K ontop of my normal $7K grant so i could buy a $400K home that is about $180K over valued.


    yep took advantage there.. smart buyers will wait till end of next year when the house is a lot cheaper than the size of the grant lol..
