Breaking it all down, property is no different than a quality share.Unless fundamentals change dramatically, the damage should be noticable , but correct quickly, or be minimal. Other properies are like specs , were always overpriced , and get towelled when the tide goes back out. Only problem is , those who bought , cannot liquidate quickly,and they have a huge problem. Just another marketplace really , winners and losers...
