Trumpy was trying to save the frackers and the frackers loan sharking banks. One fracker file for bankruptcy yesterday, others will follow, as the price of oil will not be above $40.00 any time. Storage globally is full and the oceans has full tankers every where trying to off load. It will go up but when, I say at least 6 months, just because whats already washing around. Plus Saudi's still want to do away with the frackers, as do the ruskies.
