dui...what the !..does not say much for his economic credentials....shall I assume it cost him under 180 - 200,000 and has tripled etc in past 5 years.... must have a mortgage too ...otherwise why would you sell, if it was your home... hello...sounds very very ordinary.... if you need a mentor to help you out...check out their credentials first.... now how many of you would believe he is worth listening too...probably in a worse financial position than many on here excuse me for laughing
