Motivation....just assisting potential investors to consider all aspects and not be blinded by up rampers.

My sentiment position clearly shows that I am not invested.

Do i seek to invest....as stated many times maybe in the future.Definitely not at present as better opportunities elsewhere.

Re time .....plenty of time to research and offer opinions. Just like NRO, MAV and others.
