I gave the ACMC people a call not too long ago, all decisions before the minister are delayed to the recent change in government. As far as I know, Mindax's application has been to the ACMC who have made a recommendation to the minister who will then make a decision. Hopefully they dont require further information yet again. From the ACMC website, some applications from July's meeting still havent been processed by the Minister. There are still August and Septembers applications to go through before the October ones so it is a matter of waiting until they get a chance to catch up.
