Not sure what makes you think a CR is coming. Certainly their trip to Australia earlier this year was to give comfort that it's not required. Leti is currently wearing costs of selector development. Commercial discussions could be to see what share of revenue they are entitled to from future sales.
They also talk about strategic investments from customers. This was hinted at earlier this year as well. Better to raise capital from a future customer. Win-Win for all.
