Mr Collinson, referring to one of the Seyfort affidavits:
ISX has demonstrated that the suspension has affected, in particular, "approval from regulators" and "acquisition of a shareholding".
There was no detail or further implications I could gather as to the nature of this "shareholding", whether it's a simple trade, or takeover, or something else.
