I don't know the legals, or even if the info is correct. Has anyone asked them?

This is what I wanted: "The Company intends to maintain a reputation for integrity and the board recognises the need for directors and employees to observe the highest standards of behaviour and business ethics when engaging in corporate activity."

Like their announcements, the code of conduct includes the word "intends". Make of that what you will...

For mine, if this guy is his son in law, the thing to do to show any integrity would have been to declare it. Would have still been voted thru no problems was just more confetti after all. If this info is correct this looks shonky as now.

Anyway, enough from me on this. Time for someone who still holds shares to ask him what the go is with this one.
