If you seriously believe this, you will sell all your stocks and never, ever invest in the market again for the rest of your life.
Secondly, if you look at the short term picture (i.e. a few months), then the trend is clearly down. If you look at the long term picture (perhaps 20 years?) then the trend is clearly UP.
