More often than not these shares are allocated to an array insto's and not just one so that the 5% rule is not breached. I suspect that it is not mandatory to disclose but is usually customary to disclose the acquiring party.......especially for most upstanding companies.

You could also be correct as this could be divided up by so many and none breach the 5% rule so not even worth announcing ..........semantics hey!
