Indeed @madamswer. Even highly dilutionary, "Hail Mary" raisings like WEB have seen that phenomenon.
How are you thinking about your participation in the BAP SPP? I have a couple of parcels well below the current market price, and a couple above, accumulated over the years. I am ahead modestly overall on my average cost price.
I am not sure whether to sell a portion now to free up some capacity for getting a modest allocation at $4.40, or wait it out until it is close to the SPP date. If I do nothing with my current holdings and get the additional shares to my intended allocation, I will be somewhat overweight this company (which could still work out fine depending on what the share price does up to the time the new shares start trading on market).
